The Tyco CP-540Ex (Part No. 514.001.023) is an intrinsically safe, addressable manual break-glass call point designed for fire alarm applications in hazardous areas. It is a red manual call point with a protective-coated break-glass element and an integral LED for visual status indication. The CP-540Ex is designed to operate with the Tyco/Thorn IF500Ex intrinsically safe interface module and compatible Minerva analogue addressable systems. Its weatherproof construction also makes it suitable for external applications.
