The Tyco 711P (516.900.101) is a microprocessor-based conventional optical smoke detector designed for marine and industrial fire detection systems. It detects smoke by sensing optical scatter from smoke particles and provides improved detection algorithms, drift compensation, and strong false-alarm rejection.
