The Thorn Security MF301 (Part No. 516.020.002) is a conventional ionisation smoke detector designed for early fire detection in marine, industrial, and commercial applications. Part of the Thorn Security M300 Series, the MF301 uses a dual ionisation chamber with an Americium-241 source to detect both visible and invisible combustion particles produced by fast-flaming and smouldering fires. The detector is compatible with Thorn Security and Minerva fire alarm systems and is designed for reliable operation in demanding environments.
