The Tyco 712H (Part No. 516.900.104) is a marine conventional fixed-temperature heat detector designed for dependable fire detection in areas where smoke detectors may be unsuitable. It uses fixed-temperature sensing and is classified as an A1S heat detector under EN 54-5, with a static response range of 54–65°C. The detector is designed for conventional two-wire fire alarm systems and provides reliable fire detection while helping reduce false alarms. It is also a drop-in replacement for compatible legacy Tyco 600 Series detectors.
